fa ارائه مدل مفهومی پذیرش فناوری پزشکی از راه دور در سیستم درمان ایران با استفاده از روش DANP Presenting a Conceptual Model of Telemedicine Technology Adoption in Iran's Treatment System With DANP Method تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: در سالهای اخیر یکی از نوآوری‌های کلیدی درحوزه بهداشت و درمان، استفاده از سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی و فناوری اطلاعات سلامت است که باعث صرفه‌جویی در هزینه، دسترسی آسان، کارایی و در نهایت بهبود نتایج درمان بیماران گردیده است. یکی از این فناوریها که استفاده از آن در حوزه بهداشت و درمان مورد توجه قرارگرفته، فناوری پزشکی از راه دور است. روش بررسی: در این پژوهش پس از تحلیل کیفی نظرات خبرگان و پژوهش‌های پیشین، دستهبندی عوامل براساس تکنیک PESTEL انجام شده و با روش DANP شدت و جهت تأثیر چالش‌ها و پیشران‌های انتشار فناوری پزشکی از راه دور بر یکدیگر مشخص و معیارها اولویت‌بندی گردید. سپس مدل مفهومی پذیرش این فناوری ایجاد شد. در ادامه به‌منظور ارزیابی مدل مفهومی پیشنهادی و اثبات یا رد فرضیات مطرح شده، اطلاعات از طریق پرسشنامه جمعآوری و پس از تحلیل یافته‌ها، مدل مفهومی نهایی ارائه گردید. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که چالش‌های مؤثر بر گسترش پزشکی از راه دور در ایران عدم آموزش و فرهنگ‌سازی در مورد فناوری پزشکی از راه دور و عدم توجه تولیت نظام سلامت به این فناوری می‌باشد. عواملی چون کاهش خطاهای انسانی، افزایش دانش بیماران در خصوص بیماری خود و ترویج خودمراقبتی و حذف فاصله جغرافیایی و افزایش دسترسی به خدمات تخصصی از جمله پیشران‌هایی هستند که می‌تواند بر انتشار فناوری پزشکی از راه دور در ایران تأثیر مثبت داشته باشد. نتیجه‌گیری: به‌منظور گسترش استفاده از فناوری پزشکی از راه دور و بهره‌مندی از مزایای آن در سیستم درمان کشور لازم است به موضوع فرهنگسازی و سیاستگذاری مناسب نظام سلامت توجه جدی شود. ارائه خدمات درمانی با کیفیت از طریق این شیوه درمانی و ارائه نتایج حاصل از آن در پذیرش این فناوری در کشور ما تأثیر به سزایی خواهد داشت.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: In recent years, one of the key innovations in the field of health and treatment has been the use of health information technology, resulting in cost savings, easy access, efficiency, and ultimately improved patient treatment results. One of these technologies, whose use has received attention in the field of health and treatment, is telemedicine technology. Methods: In this research, after the qualitative analysis of experts' opinions and previous research, the classification of factors was conducted based on the PESTEL technique, and applying the DANP method, the intensity and direction of the influence of the challenges and drivers of the diffusion of this technology were determined and the criteria were prioritized. Afterwards, the conceptual model of technology acceptance was created. In order to evaluate the proposed conceptual model and whether to prove or reject the proposed hypotheses, information was collected through a questionnaire and having analyzed the results, the final conceptual model was presented. Results: The results of this research show that the challenges affecting the diffusion of telemedicine in Iran are the lack of training, loss of (raising) people’s awareness about telemedicine and negligence of the health system to this technology. Factors such as reducing human errors, increasing patients' knowledge about their diseases, promoting self-care, eliminating geographical distance, and increasing access to specialized services are the drivers that can have a positive impact on the diffusion of telemedicine in Iran. Conclusion: In order to expand the use of telemedicine technology and benefit   from its advantages in the therapeutic/medicinal system of the country, it is essential to pay serious attention to the issue of culture (raising awareness) and appropriate policy making of the health system.
