fa بررسی وضعیت تجویز هورمون رشد در نسخ دفاتر درمانی بیمه‌شدگان سازمان بیمه سلامت ایران در استان ایلام طی سال‌های 1396-1386 عمومى General پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>فرآیند رشد انسان از بدو تشکیل جنین شروع و به مرگ خاتمه می‌یابد. هورمون رشد هورمونی است که از هیپوفیز ترشح و در فرآیند رشد دخالت دارد. 11 تا 28 درصد علل کوتاهی قد در ایران و حدود 10 درصد در جهان به کمبود هورمون رشد اختصاص دارد. در این مقاله وضعیت تجویز هورمون رشد برای بیمه‌شدگان بیمه سلامت در سال‌های 1396-1386 در استان ایلام مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد.<br> <strong>روش بررسی: </strong>مطالعه از نوع مقطعی توصیفی و گذشته نگر است و با استناد به اسناد و مدارک موجود در اداره کل بیمه سلامت انجام شده است. جامعه آماری مطالعه شامل کلیه نسخ دارویی بیمه‌شدگان سازمان بیمه سلامت حاوی هورمون رشد در سال‌های 1396-1387 می‌باشد که توسط داروخانه‌ها به اداره کل بیمه سلامت استان ایلام ارسال شده است. با استفاده از سوابق موجود در بانک اطلاعات و پردازشگر بیمه سلامت، و به روش سرشماری، توصیف داده‌ها از طریق نرم‌افزارهای <span dir="LTR">Excel</span> ویرایش 2007 و <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> ویرایش 21 صورت گرفت و نتایج در قالب جداول فراوانی و نمودار ارایه شد.<span style="font-family:b mitra;"></span><br> <strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: یافته‌ها نشان داد که تعداد هورمون رشد تجویز شده از سال 1386 تا سال 1396 روند افزایشی داشته و از 1858 عدد به 4485 عدد رسیده است که روند افزایشی معادل 82/2 برابر است. همین طور تعداد نسخ تجویز شده در سال 1386 جمعاً 66 نسخه بوده که با رشد 78/7 برابری به 513 نسخه افزایش یافته است. میانگین هزینه هر نسخه حاوی دارو هورمون رشد در استان ایلام از مبلغ 606/399/3 ریال در سال 1386 به مبلغ 125/972/14 ریال در سال 1396 رسیده است.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>هورمون رشد یکی از اقلام دارویی هزینه‌ساز در سازمان بیمه سلامت است این دارو در سال‌های مورد مطالعه 1396- 1386 همواره در رتبه‌های بالا قرار داشته و سهم قابل ملاحظه‌ای از هزینه‌های دارویی بیمه سلامت استان ایلام را به خود اختصاص داده است و در تمام این سال‌ها جزو 20 قلم داروی هزینه‌ساز استان بوده است و با گذشت زمان رتبه هزینه‌ای آن افزایش یافته و در دو سال 96- 1395 به جایگاه اول رسیده است. کنترل و نظارت بیشتر بر نحوه تجویز و مصرف آن در بهینه نمودن هزینه های دارویی اداره کل بیمه سلامت استان ایلام مؤثر خواهد بود.</span></span><br> &nbsp; <strong>Introduction: </strong>Human growth begins since the formation of the embryo and ends with death. Growth hormone is secreted from the pituitary gland and involved in the growth process. 11 to 28 percent of short stature in Iran and about 10 percent in the world is related to growth hormone deficiency. In this article, the status of prescribing growth hormone for those under the coverage of Iranian Health Insurance was investigated in Ilam province during 2007-2017.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This was a cross-sectional descriptive and retrospective study and conducted according to the available documents in the General Directorate of Iranian Health Insurance. The statistical population of the study included all medical prescriptions of growth hormone to those under the coverage of the Iranian Health Insurance during 2007-2017 sent by pharmacies to the general directorate of Ilam Health Insurance. Using the records in the database and the health insurance processor, and by census method, the data entered Excel 2007 and analyzed using SPSS version 21.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The number of prescribed hormone in 2007 was 1858 which increased to 4485 in 2017, showing a 2.82 folds increase. Also, the number of prescriptions in 2007 was 66 totally, which increased by 78.7 times to 513 prescriptions. The average cost of each version containing the growth hormone in Ilam province was 3,699.606 Rials in 2007 that increased to 14.972.125 Rials in 2017.<br> <strong>Conclusions:</strong> Growth hormone is one of the expensive drugs in the health insurance organization. The drug in the studied years of 2007-2017 has always been at the top ranks with a significant role in medical expenses of Ilam health insurance, and has been one of the top 20 costing items in the province. Also, over time, its cost ranking increased and reached to the first in 2016-2017.
