fa سنجش سواد بیمه ای و عوامل مؤثر بر بیمه شدگان سازمان بیمه سلامت در شهر ایلام Insurance Literacy and the Affecting Factors Related to the Insured of the Health Insurance Organization in Ilam تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research مقدمه: با توجه به رشد هزینه ها و افزایش مشکلات مربوط به سلامت افراد، بیمه از اهمیت بالایی در همه کشورها برخوردار شده است. سواد بیمه سلامت، نوع جدیدی از انواع سواد محسوب می شود که به میزان آگاهی بیمه‌شدگان از تصمیم گیری‌های مرتبط با بیمه توجه دارد و در این مطالعه، تلاش شده است سطح سواد بیمه‌ای بیمه‌شدگان بیمه سلامت شهر ایلام و عوامل موثر بر آن، بررسی شود. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی مقطعی، از پرسش نامه محقق ساخته و استاندارد شده برای سنجش سواد بیمه سلامت استفاده شد. جمع آوری داده از نمونه ۴۲۶ نفری بیمه‌شدگان مراجعه کننده به ۴ دفتر پیشخوان طرف قرارداد با بیمه سلامت شهر ایلام به صورت تصادفی انجام شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها نیز از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی با بهره گیری از نرم افزار SPSS استفاده شد. یافته ها:  حدود ۷۴ درصد از بیمه شدگان سازمان بیمه سلامت شهر ایلام از سواد بالای بیمه‌ای برخوردار بودند. سواد بیمه سلامت با جنسیت، سن، نوع صندوق بیمه‌ای، تحصیلات و درآمد بیمه‌شدگان ارتباط معنادار داشت (P<۰.۰۰۵). نتیجه گیری: سواد بیمه‌ای یکی از متغیرهای کلیدی در استفاده بهینه از خدمات بیمه‌ درمانی به شمار می‌رود و به همین دلیل، سنجش و ارتقای آن باید از اولویت‌های سازمان‌های بیمه‌ای، متولیان و سیاست گذاران حوزه سلامت قرار گیرد. نتایج این پژوهش می‌تواند به عنوان شواهدی برای این گروه در زمینه سنجش و طراحی آموزش‌های مرتبط  مفید باشد. <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Due Introduction: Due to the growth of costs and the variety of health problems, insurance is considered to be highly critical in all countries. Health insurance literacy, as a novel type, refers to the awareness of the insured of insurance-related practices and decisions. Therefore, an attempt was made to measure and examine the level of insurance literacy and the affecting factors in the insured of Ilam Health Insurance Organization. Methods: In this descriptive-analytical, cross-sectional study, a standardized researcher-developed questionnaire was used to measure the health insurance literacy. Data were collected randomly from a sample of 426 insured persons visiting the four government counter offices in contract with the Ilam City Health Insurance Office. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data using SPSS software. Results: Approximately 74% of the insured in Ilam had a high level of insurance literacy. Health insurance literacy was further significantly associated with the gender, age, type of insurance, education and the income of the insured. Conclusion: Insurance literacy could be one of the key variables in the optimal use of health insurance services.
