fa ارزیابی کارایی نسبی شبکه سری با بده بستان های خروجی در تحلیل پوششی داده ها در نمونه بیمارستانی Efficiency Evaluation of a Series Network with Output Trade-offs in Data Envelopment Analysis in Hospital Case عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: بیمارستان ها به عنوان یکی از سازمان های اصلی ارائه دهنده خدمات سلامت، حساسیت و اهمیت ویژه ای در اقتصاد و بهداشت دارند.  توجه کامل به کارایی بیمارستان به عنوان بزرگ ترین و پرهزینه ترین واحد عملیاتی نظام سلامت، اهمیت ویژه ای دارد و برهمین اساس، ارزیابی عملکرد بیمارستان، یکی از مهم ترین مسائل برای سیاست گذاران بهداشت محسوب می شود. روش بررسی: تحلیل پوششی داده ها (DEA) روشی برای ارزیابی کارایی و بهره وری واحدهای تصمیم گیری است. مدل های کلاسیک تحلیل پوششی داده ها، ورودی ها را بدون درنظر گرفتن مراحل میانی و ارتباطات فی مابین، در صورتی که یک شبکه برای تولید خروجی ها از مراحل وابسته به هم تشکیل شده باشد، به خروجی تبدیل می کنند (جعبه سیاه). این تحقیق ارزیابی کارایی نسبی بیمارستان ها را با محدودیت های وزنی خروجی برای آن دسته از خروجی ها که ارزش غیرخطی دارند درنظر می گیرد. به طور معادل در فرم پوششی از اصل بده بستان برای لحاظ کردن محدودیت های خروجی استفاده شده است؛ به این ترتیب که یک دنباله وزنی ناصعودی برای مقادیر بیشتر خروجی هایی که ارزش غیرخطی دارند درنظر گرفته می شود. این مطالعه در یک شبکه سری بررسی شده است. در این تحقیق با استفاده از رویکرد تحلیل پوششی داده های شبکه ای، مدل ارزیابی کارایی سیستم ها طراحی شده است که ارتباط بین وزن ها را به صورت یک ناحیه اطمینان در ارزیابی مدّنظر می گیرد. یافته ها: در این مقاله، کارایی ۱۰بیمارستان با رویکرد جدید بررسی شد که فقط بیمارستان چهارم  نمره کارایی یک را کسب کرد. از ویژگی های با اهمیت تغییر نوع دسته بندی واحدهای کارا و ناکار در یافته هاست. نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد روش پیشنهادی از دقت بیشتری برخوردار است، زیرا با درنظر گرفتن قیمت گذاری غیرخطی خطایی که از قیمت گذاری خطی در ارزیابی ها نتیجه می شود را کاهش داده است. واحدهای کارا و ناکارا در نتیجه به دست آمده متفاوت از روش های کلاسیک قبلی است و می توان سیاست های متفاوتی برای واحدها توسط مدیران درنظر گرفته شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction:  Hospitals, as one of the main organizations providing health services, have a special sensitivity and importance in the economy and health. Full attention to the efficiency of the hospital as the largest and most costly operational unit of the health system is of particular importance, so the evaluation of hospitals is one of the most important issues for health policy makers. Methods: Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a method for evaluating the efficiency and productivity of decision units. If a network is composed of interdependent steps to generate outputs. Therefore, in this study, we have evaluated the relative efficiency of hospitals with output weight constraints for those outputs that have non-linear values. Equivalently, in the cover form, the give-and-take principle is used to take into account the output constraints. In this way, an ascending weight sequence is considered for larger output values of nonlinear value. This study is examined in a secret network. In this study, using the network data envelopment analysis approach, a system performance evaluation model has been designed that considers the relationship between weights as a reliable area in the evaluation. Results: In this article, the efficiency of 10 hospitals is examined with a new approach, of which only the fourth hospital has obtained an efficiency score of 1. An important feature is the change in the type of classification of efficient and inefficient units in the findings. The results showed that the proposed method is more accurate because by considering nonlinear pricing, it reduces the error that results from linear pricing in evaluations.
