fa کندوکاوی دروضعیت پوشش‌ مستمری بیمه‌ای و خدمات حمایتی سالمندان در جهان تخصصي Special مروری Review Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family: yekanYW;">&nbsp;<strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 127, 127);">مقدمه:</span></strong> وضعیت پوشش های صندوق<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های بازنشستگی و نهادهای حمایتی از سالمندان که در ارتقای سلامت و سطح رفاه اجتماعی سالمندان، خانواده های آنان و کل جامعه تأثیرگذار است، یکی از موضوعات مهم در سالمندشناسی است. انتفاعِ مطلوب و اثر بخش از این پوشش برای شهروندان، از خصوصیات جامعه  پیشرفته و مولود تحولات گسترده در نظام توسعه کشورها به حساب می آید. هدف از این مطالعه، شناخت از وضعیت پوشش مستمری بیمه ای و خدمات حمایتی برای سالمندان در مناطق مختلف جهان به منظور شناسایی و مقایسه  مناطق با بیشترین و کمترین میزان این پوشش است.<br> <strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 127, 127);">روش بررسی:</span></strong> مطالعه حاضر از نوع مطالعات مروری است. آمار و اطلاعات مورد نیاز به روش کتابخانه ای و اسنادی و با رجوع به گزارشات آماری سازمان بین المللی کار و اتحادیه جهانی تأمین اجتماعی اخذ و گردآوری شده است.<br> <strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 127, 127);">یافته</span></strong> <strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 127, 127);">ها: </span></strong>بالاترین میزان این پوشش در سال ۲۰۱۹ در آمریکای شمالی با صددرصد پوشش و کمترین آن مربوط به جنوب صحرای آفریقا با ۲۲.۷درصد پوشش مستمری بیمه ای و حمایتی از سالمندان بوده است.<br> <strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 127, 127);">نتیجه</span></strong> <strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 127, 127);">گیری:</span></strong> نتایج نشان<span dir="LTR">‌</span>دهنده رشد چشمگیر وضعیت پوشش مستمری بیمه ای و حمایتی برای سالمندان به<span dir="LTR">‌</span>خصوص طی سال<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های اخیر است. وضعیتی که از سطح پایینِ پوشش، به سطح بالا ارتقا یافته است. با این وصف پوشش های بیمه ای و حمایتی از سالمندان در همه  جهان به یک شکل نبوده و از این حیث تفاوت های بسیاری وجود دارد.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> The status of coverage of pension funds and institutions for the support of the elderly, which is effective in promoting the health and social welfare of the elderly, their families and society as a whole, is one of the important issues in geriatrics. The desirable and effective benefit of this coverage for citizens is one of the characteristics of an advanced society and the birth of extensive changes in the development system of the countries. The purpose of this study is to identify the status of insurance pension coverage and support services for the elderly in different regions of the world in order to identify and compare the regions with the highest and lowest levels of this coverage.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> The present study is a review study. The required statistics and information have been obtained through library and documentary methods and with reference to the statistical reports of the International Labor Organization and the World Social Security Union.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The highest rate of coverage in 2019 was in North America with 100% coverage and the lowest was in sub-Saharan Africa with 22.7% of insurance coverage and support for the elderly.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The results show a significant increase in the status of insurance coverage and support for the elderly, especially in recent years. A condition that has been upgraded from a low level of coverage to a high level.
