fa مرور نقادانه مقالات سنجش سطح دسترسی و توسعه‌یافتگی با شاخص‌های بهداشتی و درمانی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span style="font-size: 14px;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 101, 101);">مقدمه:</span></strong> باتوجه به اهمیت موضوع عدالت توزیعی در خدمات بهداشتی درمانی، مطالعات فراوانی در ایران صورت گرفته است. اما با این وجود اغلب این پژوهش<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ها با نقاط ضعف و کم<span dir="LTR">‌</span>دقتی<span dir="LTR">‌</span>هایی همراه است. همچنین نتایج برخی از مطالعات با واقعیات ملموس همخوانی ندارد. از همین رو در این نقد با ارزیابی روش&rlm;‌شناسی این مطالعات تلاش شده نقاط ضعف آنها مشخص شده و راهکار جایگزین معرفی شود.<br> <strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 101, 101);">روش بررسی: </span></strong>این یک مطالعه نقادانه است که در سال ۱۳۹۹ بر روی ۴۰ مقاله در زمینه سنجش سطح دسترسی و توسعه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>یافتگی با شاخص&rlm;‌های بهداشتی و درمانی انجام گرفت. بازه زمانی مقالات از سال ۱۳۸۱ تا سال ۱۳۹۸ است. برای نقد مقالات ابتدا تمام متن مقاله دریافت و مطالعه شد و سپس باتوجه به روش<span dir="LTR">‌</span>شناسی مطالعه و نیز باتوجه به نتایج آنها نقد مقاله صورت گرفت. در نهایت ایرادات پرتکرار انتخاب شدند و برای آنها پیشنهاد اصلاحی داده شد.<br> <strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 101, 101);">یافته</span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="color: rgb(0, 101, 101);">‌</span></span></strong><strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 101, 101);">ها:</span></strong> پس از بررسی مقالات، مجموعاً ۷ نوع ایراد در ۳ دسته شناسایی شد ... که عبارتند از: <span dir="LTR">‌</span>شناسایی صحیح شاخص&rlm;‌ها (شامل تعداد- سطح&rlm; بندی- وزن- نوع و واحد- حذف هم<span dir="LTR">‌</span>پوشانی)، انتخاب ابزار&rlm; مناسب برای رتبه&rlm; بندی و استفاده از پایگاه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های اطلاعاتی کامل و مناسب.<br> <strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 101, 101);">نتیجه&rlm; گیری:</span></strong> با استفاده از شاخص<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های جامع‌&rlm;تر و کامل&rlm;‌تر، محاسبه صحیح&rlm;‌تر شاخص&rlm;‌ها و روش‌&rlm;شناسی مناسب&rlm;‌تر که وزن شاخص&rlm;‌ها را به درستی محاسبه کند، می‌&rlm;توان به نتایجی دست پیدا کرد که بیشتر قابل استناد باشند. </span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Due to the importance of distributive justice in health services, many studies have been conducted in Iran. However, the accuracy of the methodology of most of these studies indicates weaknesses and inaccuracies, and the results of some studies do not correspond to tangible facts; Therefore, in this critique, by evaluating the methodology of these studies, an attempt has been made to identify their weaknesses and introduce alternative solutions.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This is a critical study that was conducted in 2020 on 40 articles in the field of measuring the level of access and development with health indicators. The period of articles is from 2002 to 2019. To review the articles, first the full text of the article was received and read, according to the methodology and also according to their results, the article was reviewed.
