fa شاخص‌های عملکردی بیمارستان‌های تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان قبل و بعد طرح تحول سلامت عمومى General گزارش کوتاه Brief Report <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">مقدمه:</span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> یکی از مهمترین عوامل نشان دهنده عملکرد بیمارستان، شاخص های بیمارستانی هستند. یکی </span><span lang="FA">از تحولات </span><span lang="AR-SA">و تغییرات اساسی درنظام سلامت کشور ایران، طرح تحول نظام سلامت می باشد که تاثیرات آن باید ازجنبه های مختلف بررسی شود. هدف این پژوهش تعیین شاخص های عملکردی بیمارستان های وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان و مقایسه آن با استاندارد های وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی در سال ۱۳۹۸بود</span><span dir="LTR">.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">روش بررسی:</span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> این مطالعه به صورت توصیفی مقطعی و با هدف کاربردی در سال ۱۳۹۸ دربیمارستان های دولتی تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان انجام گرفت. در این مطالعه مهمتربن شاخص های عملکرد بیمارستان از سال ۱۳۹۵ تا سال ۱۳۹۸ در بیمارستان های مذکور بصورت هدفمند بررسی شد. معیار ورود کامل بودن اطلاعات شاخص ها بود. در این بررسی برای دستیابی بـه اطلاعات دقیق و قابل استناد، از داده های ورودی و داده های برون داد به عنوان شاخص های عملکردی استفاده شدند. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار </span><span dir="LTR">EXCEL</span> و آزمون های توصیفی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.<span lang="FA"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">یافته ها</span></b><span lang="AR-SA">:</span> <span lang="FA">در مطالعه حاضر در مجموع ۶ بیمارستان شهر زاهدان تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند </span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA">به طور میانگین ۱۱۲۰۰نفر بستری شده و ۱۱۰۰۳نفر ترخیص شدند که این میزان بعد از طرح تحول به ۱۱۰۸۶ نفر بستری و ۱۰۴۵۰ نفر مرخص شده کاهش یافت. میانگین مراجعین اورژانس و سرپایی ها به ترتیب ۷۱۶۰۰و۱۲۴۵۷۱نفر بودند.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">نتیجه گیری</span></b><span lang="AR-SA">:</span> <span lang="AR-SA">یافته های مطالعه نشان داد که در زمینه ضریب اشغال تخت بیمارستان ها در مقایسه با استاندارد های وزارت بهداشت در وضعیت متوسط و ضعیف بودند. اما در زمینه متوسط روز های بستری در وضعیت نامطلوب بودند. این نتایج نشان می دهد که طرح تحول نظام سلامت در این استان تاکنون به اهداف خود نرسیده است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Introduction</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">: One of the most important factors that indicate hospital performance are hospital indicators. One of the fundamental developments and changes in the health system of Iran is the health system transformation plan, the effects of which should be examined from different aspects. The purpose of this research is to determine the performance indicators of hospitals affiliated to Zahedan University of Medical Sciences, Zahedan, Iran and compare them with the standards of the Ministry of Health and Medicine. Medical education was in 2018.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Methods:</span></span></span></b> <span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">This cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted in 2018 in public hospitals covered by Zahedan University of Medical Sciences, Zahedan, Iran. In this study, the most important performance indicators of the hospital from 2015 to 2018 were investigated in a targeted manner. The entry criterion was the completeness of the indicator&#39;s information. In this study, to obtain accurate and reliable information, input data and output data were used as performance indicators. The data was analyzed using EXCEL software and descriptive.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Result:</span></span></span></b> <span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">In the present study, a total of 6 hospitals of Zahedan city under the coverage of Zahedan University of Medical Sciences were investigated. On average, 11,200 people were hospitalized and 11,003 people were discharged, which decreased to 11,086 people hospitalized and 10,450 people discharged after the transformation plan. The average number of emergency and outpatients was 71,600 and 124,571 respectively.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Conclusion: </span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">To evaluate the hospital, the use of performance indicators as a criterion can guide managers in understanding the current situation of their center as well as in planning and management decisions. The findings of the study showed that in terms of bed occupancy rate, the hospitals were in an average and poor condition compared to the standards of the Ministry of Health.
