fa بررسی نوع، علل و میزان کسورات بیمه سلامت در بیمارستان های آموزشی شهرستان فردوس عمومى General پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>یکی از راه &rlm;های موثر جهت ارتقاء کیفیت خدمات مراقبتی، جلوگیری از هدررفت منابع در مراکز بهداشتی-درمانی و بیمارستان&rlm;ها از طریق شناسایی علل مربوطه می &rlm;باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نوع، علل و میزان کسورات بیمه سلامت در بیمارستان&rlm;&rlm;های آموزشی شهرستان فردوس انجام شده است.<br> <strong>روش&rlm; بررسی:</strong> پژوهش توصیفی حاضر در سال 1400 در دو بیمارستان آموزشی شهرستان فردوس انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل پرونده&rlm;های بستری و سرپایی دارای کسور این دو بیمارستان، در نیمه اول سال 1400، بود. ابزار جمع &rlm;آوری داده یک فرم محقق ساخته بود که اعتبار آن مورد تایید قرار گرفت. داده&rlm; ها پس از گردآوری، با استفاده از نرم &rlm;افزار اکسل و با روش آمار توصیفی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.<br> <strong>نتایج:</strong> بیشترین کسورات و علل آن&rlm;ها در پرونده &rlm;های بررسی شده به ترتیب مربوط به آزمایشگاه (به علت نبود مسئول فنّی)، و لوازم مصرفی (به علل عدم تعهد بیمه در قبال برخی تجهیزات و درخواست اضافه قیمت) می &rlm;باشند. همچنین کمترین کسورات در پرونده&rlm; های بررسی شده مربوط به دارو (به علت درخواست بیش از اندازه دارو)، بیهوشی (به علت درخواست اضافه k بیهوشی)، و پروتز (به علت درخواست اضافه قیمت) میباشند. همچنین یافته &rlm;ها نشان داد که در هر دو بیمارستان، پرونده &rlm;های بستری بیشترین میزان کسورات را به خود اختصاص دادند.<br> <strong>نتیجه &rlm;گیری</strong>: عواملی همچون اطلاعات صحیح موجود در پرونده &rlm;های پزشکی و همچنین حضور مسئول فنی در بخش&rlm;های مختلف بیمارستانی، نقش مهمی در کاهش کسورات بیمارستانی دارند. لذا بایستی تصمیم گیری و سیاست گذاری مناسبی در این خصوص انجام شود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><strong>Introduction: </strong>One of the effective ways to improve the quality-of-care services is to prevent the wastage of resources in health-treatment centers and hospitals by identifying the relevant causes. This study was conducted with the aim of investigating the type, causes, and amount of health insurance deductions in the teaching hospitals of Ferdows city.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> The current descriptive research is a study that was conducted in 2021 in two teaching hospitals in Ferdows city. The research population included the inpatient and outpatient medical records of these two hospitals. The data collection tool was a checklist made by the researchers, confirming its validity. The collected data were analyzed using Excel software and descriptive statistics.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>Most deductions and their causes in the reviewed cases are respectively related to the laboratory (due to the absence of a technical officer), and consumables (due to the lack of insurance commitment for some equipment and price increase requests). The lowest deductions in the investigated cases are related to medicine (due to the request for an excessive amount of medicine), anesthesia (due to the demand for an additional amount of anesthesia), and prosthetics (due to the request for an additional price). Findings showed that in both hospitals, the highest number of deductions are related to inpatient cases.<br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>Correct information in medical files and also the presence of the technical officer in different hospital departments play important roles in reducing hospital deductions.
