fa بررسی میزان پذیرش و روزهای بستری غیرمقتضی در بیمارستان ولیعصر مشگین شهر با استفاده از پروتکل AEP عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:nasimyw;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> شناسایی میزان استفاده نابجا از خدمات سلامت در بخش بستری قدم اول در اجرای برنامه‌های کنترل و تحدید هزینه‌های نظام سلامت بدون آسیب به کیفیت این خدمات می‌باشد. این مطالعه، در بیمارستان دولتی ولیعصر شهرستان مشکین شهر با هدف سنجش میزان پذیرش و روزهای بستری غیر مقتضی بیمه‌شدگان و میزان هزینه‌های وارده ناشی از این پدیده به سازمان بیمه سلامت صورت پذیرفته است.<span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span><br> <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> این مطالعه مقطعی در مردادماه ۱۳۹۵ در بیمارستان ولیعصر شهرستان مشگین شهر اجرا شد. جامعه آماری در این مطالعه را تمامی بیمه‌شدگان تحت پوشش سازمان بیمه سلامت از کلیه صندوق‌ها که در زمان اجرای مطالعه به این بیمارستان مراجعه داشتند، تشکیل می‌دهند. ۳۳۰ نمونه برای نمونه‌گیری در این مطالعه انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از ابزار چک‌لیست موسوم به پروتکل <span dir="LTR">AEP</span> استفاده شد.<span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span><br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> ۳۳/۵۶ درصد از بیمه‌شدگان (۱۸۶ نفر) مرد و ۷/۴۳ درصد بیمه‌شدگان بستری (۱۴۴نفر) زن بودند. ۶۱ بیمار (۴/۱۸ درصد) به صورت الکتیو و ۲۶۹ بیمار(۵/۸۱ درصد) به صورت اورژانسی بستری شده بودند. از مجموع ۳۳۰ پذیرش ارزیابی شده ۱۲۹ مورد ( ۳۹ درصد) غیرمقتضی بود و بالاترین پذیرش غیرمقتضی در بخش داخلی با ۶۶ درصد و کمترین میزان پذیرش غیرمقتضی در بخش جراحی با ۱۲ درصد بوده است. سازمان بیمه سلامت در سال ۱۳۹۵ بابت روزهای بستری بی مورد در این سه بخش هزینه‌ای نابجا برابر ۶.۱۵۳.۸۴۰.۰۰۰ ریال پرداخت نموده است.<span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span><br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> نتایج این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد پروتکل <span dir="LTR">AEP</span> با توجه با بررسی‌های انجام یافته متعدد از اعتبار مناسبی برای ارزیابی مناسبت پذیرش و روزهای بستری در بیمارستان برخوردار است. سازمان بیمه سلامت و سایر سازمان‌های بیمه‌گر پایه ضروریست برای کاهش پذیرش‌ها و روزهای بستری غیرمقتضی با بکارگیری پروتکل<span dir="LTR">AEP</span> به عنوان یک ابزار نظارتی در ارزیابی‌ها و رسیدگی به اسناد بخش بستری، تمامی پذیرش‌های بستری را بهینه‌سازی نماید.<span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction:</strong>&nbsp;Identifying the extent of misuse of health services in hospitalization is the first step in implementing health control and restriction programs without damage to the quality of these services. This study was carried out in Valiasr Hospital of Meshkin shahr City with the aim of assessing the rate of admission and unnecessary hospitalization of insured persons and the amount of expenses incurred by this phenomenon to the health insurance organization.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong>&nbsp;This cross-sectional study was conducted in July 2016 in Valiasr Hospital in Meskine Shahr. The statistical population in this study was composed of all insured persons covered by the health insurance organization from all the funds referred to the hospital at the time of the study. Overall, 330 samples were selected for sampling in this study. An appropriateness Evaluation Protocol (AEP) was used for data collection.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Results:</strong>&nbsp;The results obtained showed that, 56.33% of the insured persons (186 men) and 43.7% of the insured persons were hospitalized (144) were women. From the total of 330 evaluated admissions, 129 cases (39%) were inexpedient, with the highest inexpedient acceptance in the internal ward with 66% and the lowest uncontrolled acceptance was in the surgical ward with a 12% rate. In 2016, the health insurance organization paid 6,133,840,000 Rials for unplanned days of admission in these three parts.<br> <strong>Conclusions:&nbsp;</strong>According to the results of this study, the AEP protocol has a good reputation for evaluating of admission and hospitalization days.
