fa شناسایی اصول حقوقی ناظر بر تنظیم‌گری ارتباطات کنشگران نظام سلامت الکترونیک در ایران؛ با تأکید بر ارائه‌دهندگان خدمات تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="background:white">مقدمه</span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="background:white">: پیاده‌&shy;سازی نظام سلامت الکترونیک</span></span><span lang="AR-SA"> در عرصه جهانی، پس از دو دهه همچنان با چالش‌های متفاوتی از جمله چالش‌های حقوقی روبرو است. این پژوهش درصدد <span style="background:white">شناسایی اصول حقوقی ناظر بر تنظیم‌‌گری ارتباطات کنشگران نظام سلامت الکترونیک در ایران با تأکید بر ارائه&shy;‌دهندگان خدمات است. </span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="background:white">روش بررسی:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA">این پژوهش کیفی، با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. اطلاعات در گفتگو با ۲۷ متخصص گردآوری شدند. انتخاب مصاحبه‌شوندگان به صورت هدفمند و بر اساس آشنایی آنان با نظام سلامت الکترونیک، تخصص‌ در زمینه مسائل حقوقیِ مرتبط با آن و همچنین ارتباطات در بستر این نظام صورت گرفت. اطلاعات با استفاده از نرم‌افزار </span></span></span></span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span dir="LTR">MAXQDA </span><span lang="FA">&nbsp;</span></span></span></span></span><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA">نسخه ۲۰ تحلیل شدند.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">یافته‌&shy;ها</span></b><span lang="FA">: تحلیل مضمون اطلاعات منجر به معرفی چهار مضمون فراگیر و ده مضمون سازمان‌دهنده شد.</span> <span lang="FA">چالش‌های حقوقی نظام سلامت الکترونیک و اصول حقوقی ناظر بر تنظیم‌گری ارتباطات کنشگران دو مضمون سازمان&shy;‌دهنده‌&shy;ای هستند که در این مطالعه به بحث گذاشته شده‌&shy;اند. </span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">نتیجه‌گیری</span></b><span lang="FA">:</span><span lang="FA"> مدیریت تعارض منافع، بازطراحی معماری نظام سلامت الکترونیک،</span> <span lang="FA">الزامی نمودن قرارداد پزشکان با بیمه‌&shy;های پایه و تکمیلی و استفاده</span><span lang="AR-SA"> از ظرفیت‌ها و توانمندی‌های موجود در بخش خصوصی </span><span lang="FA">از جمله پیشنهادات پژوهش حاضر هستند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><b>Introduction:</b> The implementation of the electronic health system on a global scale continues to face various challenges, including legal challenges, after two decades. This research aims to identify the legal principles governing the regulation of the Electronic Health System&#39;s Stakeholders Communication in Iran, with emphasis on service providers.<br> <b>Methods:</b> This qualitative research was conducted using thematic analysis method. Data collected in interviews with 27 experts. Interviewees were selected based on their familiarity with the electronic health system, expertise in legal issues related to it, and communication within this system. Data were analyzed using MAXQDA version 20 software.<br> <b>Results:</b> Data thematic analysis led to the identification of four global themes and ten organizing themes.
