fa ارزیابی کاربردپذیری سامانه پردازشگر اسناد بستری از دیدگاه خبرگان و کاربران Usability Evaluation of the Inpatient Claims Processing System From the Perspectives of Experts and End-Users تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: سامانه پردازشگر اسناد بستری با هدف تسهیل انتقال اطلاعات از سیستم‌های اطلاعات بیمارستانی و انجام بررسی‌های اعتبارسنجی بیمه‌ای و تعرفه‌ای طراحی شده است. این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی کاربردپذیری سامانه پردازشگر اسناد بستری از دیدگاه خبرگان و کاربران در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان انجام شد. روش بررسی: این مطالعه به‌صورت توصیفی- تحلیلی انجام شد. ارزیابی کاربردپذیری سامانه از طریق چک‌لیست ۱۳گانه مبتنی بر اصول نیلسن توسط پنج متخصص صورت گرفت. همچنین، دیدگاه کاربران سامانه در سازمان بیمه سلامت و بیمارستان‌های وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه کوییز به‌صورت جداگانه بررسی گردید. در نهایت داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS ویرایش ۲۵ و Excel تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: در این مطالعه، در نهایت ۷۰ مشکل شناسایی شد. بیشترین فراوانی به ‌اصول «کمک به کاربران در شناسایی، تشخیص و اصلاح خطا» و «طراحی انعطاف‌پذیر» و کمترین فراوانی به اصول «حریم خصوصی» و «طراحی زیبا» مربوط بود. بیشترین شدت مشکل به اصل «طراحی زیبا» و کمترین آن به اصل «شناخت به جای یادآوری» اختصاص یافت. از دیدگاه کاربران، شاخص «طراحی صفحه نمایش» بالاترین امتیاز را کسب کرد، در حالی‌که «قابلیت‌های کلی سامانه» و «دیدگاه کلی نسبت به کار با سامانه» به‌ترتیب کمترین امتیاز را در میان کاربران بیمارستان و بیمه سلامت داشتند. نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌ها نشان داد هر چند مشکلات شناسایی شده در هر دو روش ارزیابی، از شدت بالایی برخوردار نبودند، اما اصلاح آن‌ها می‌تواند موجب ارتقای تجربه کاربری و افزایش اثربخشی سامانه پردازشگر اسناد بستری گردد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: The Inpatient Claims Processing System was developed to streamline data transfer from hospital information systems and validate insurance and tariff data. This study aimed to evaluate the system's usability from the perspectives of experts and users at Kerman University of Medical Sciences. Methods: This descriptive-analytical study employed a 13-item checklist based on Nielsen’s usability principles, completed by five domain experts. Additionally, users from the Iran Health Insurance Organization and affiliated hospitals of Kerman University of Medical Sciences were surveyed using the Questionnaire for User Interaction Satisfaction (QUIS). The collected data were analyzed using SPSS version 25 and Microsoft Excel. Results: A total of 70 usability problems were identified. The most frequent issues were related to the principles of "helping users recognize, diagnose, and recover from errors" and "flexible design," while the least frequent issues pertained to "privacy" and "aesthetic design." The highest problem severity was attributed to the "aesthetic design" principle, and the lowest to the "recognition rather than recall" principle. From the users’ perspective, the "screen design" index received the highest usability score. In contrast, "overall system capabilities" and "general perception of working with the system" received the lowest scores from hospital and health insurance users, respectively.
