fa کاربست تکنیک براون و کلارک در بررسی وضعیت بیمارستان‌های دولتی ایران در افق 1411 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">مقدمه: </span></b><span lang="AR-SA">تغییر نقش بیمارستان‌ها در آینده و لزوم برنامه‌ریزی‌های بلندمدت و میان‌مدت برای تغییرات لازم در ساختار بیمارستان‌ها از ضروریات غیرقابل‌انکار است. بررسی و انتخاب رویکردهای مختلف برای ایجاد تغییر در بیمارستان‌ها، نیازمند بررسی‌های گسترده در این زمینه و یافتن بهترین پاسخ برای شرایط و ویژگی‌های یک کشور است. لذا هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی وضعیت بیمارستان های دولتی ایران در افق ۱۴۱۱بود.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">روش بررسی: </span></b><span lang="AR-SA">شیوه استخراج اطلاعات با بررسی مبانی نظری موجود و پیاده</span>‌<span lang="AR-SA">سازی متن مصاحبه‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل تم براون و کلارک در نرم‌افزار </span><span dir="LTR">ATLAS TI</span><span lang="AR-SA"> انجام شد. انتخاب نمونه، با روش نمونه</span><span lang="AR-SA">&shy;گیری هدفمند از نوع قضاوتی بوده است. با توجه به این معیار، تعداد ۲۰ نفر از خبرگان و متخصصان مراکز دانشگاهی و پژوهشی، برای شرکت در پژوهش در سال ۱۴۰۲ و ۱۴۰۳ انتخاب ‌شد. متن مصاحبه‌ها با استفاده از کدگذاری، مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">یافته‌ها: </span></b><span lang="AR-SA">۳۹ مضمون اولیه، ۹ مضمون سازنده سطح اول و ۲ مضمون سازنده سطح دو شناسایی شد. مضامین داخلی و خارجی دارای ابعاد اقتصادی، کارایی، سیاسی، ابر روندهای سلامت، اثربخشی، قانونی، تکنولوژیک و مالی و اجتماعی و فرهنگی بودند. </span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></b><span lang="AR-SA">با توجه به مولفه‌های تکنولوژیک، ابر روندهای سلامت و چالش‌های اقتصادی، قانونی، سیاسی و فرهنگی، بیمارستان‌های دولتی ایران در افق ۱۴۱۱ با فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های متعددی روبرو خواهند بود. استفاده از فناوری‌های پیشرفته مانند هوش مصنوعی، تله‌مدیسین و پزشکی شخصی‌سازی شده، می‌تواند به بهبود کیفیت، کارایی خدمات درمانی و کاهش هزینه ها کمک کند، اما برای موفقیت در این مسیر، نیاز به سرمایه‌گذاری در زیرساخت‌های تکنولوژیک، بهینه‌سازی مدیریت منابع و بیمه‌ها وجود دارد. همچنین، همراهی با تحولات اقتصادی، قانونی و سیاسی و ارتقاء سطح آگاهی اجتماعی و فرهنگی از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. در نهایت، تحقق بهره‌وری و اثربخشی در بیمارستان‌های دولتی نیازمند همکاری‌های بین‌المللی، نوآوری‌های بومی و حمایت دولت است تا بتواند به چالش‌های پیش‌رو پاسخ دهد و خدمات بهتری به مردم ارائه دهد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#212121;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:2;"><b><span style="background:white">Introduction: </span></b><span style="background:white">Changing the role of hospitals in the future and the necessity of long-term and medium-term planning for the necessary changes in the structure of hospitals are undeniable necessities. Examining and choosing different approaches to make changes in hospitals requires extensive research in this field and finding the best answer for the conditions and characteristics of a country. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to investigate the state of Iran&#39;s public hospitals in 2032.</span><br> <b><span style="background:white">Methods: </span></b><span style="background:white">Regarding the method of extracting indicators, it should be noted that this was done by examining the existing theoretical foundations and implementing the text of the interviews using the theme analysis method of Brown and Clark in the ATLAS TI software. The selection of the sample was based on a judgmental purposeful sampling method. According to this criterion, 20 experts and specialists from academic and research centers have been selected to participate in the research in 2023 and 2024. The text of the interviews was analyzed using coding.</span><br> <b><span style="background:white">Results: </span></b><span style="background:white">39 primary themes, 9 first-level constitutive themes, and 2 second-level constitutive themes have been identified. Internal and external themes have economic, efficiency, political, health megatrends, effectiveness, legal, technological and financial, and social and cultural dimensions.</span><br> <b><span style="background:white">Conclusion: </span></b><span style="background:white">According to the technological components, health megatrends, and economic, legal, political, and cultural challenges, Iranian public hospitals will face numerous opportunities and challenges in the 2032 horizon. The use of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, telemedicine, and personalized medicine can help improve the quality, efficiency of healthcare services</span> <span style="background:white">and reduce costs, but to succeed in this path, there is a need to invest in technological infrastructure, optimize resource management and insurances. Also, keeping up with</span> <span style="background:white">economic, legal and political developments and raising the level of social and cultural awareness is of great importance.
