fa بررسی مقایسه‌ای شاخص‌های بهره‌مندی از خدمات بیمه تکمیلی درمان یک سازمان عمومی غیردولتی (1397 تا 1400) تخصصي Special مقاله کوتاه Short Communication <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">مقدمه: </span></b><span lang="FA">هدف این مطالعه تحلیل نیازهای سلامت و الگوی بهره‌مندی از خدمات سلامت تحت پوشش بیمه تکمیلی درمان اعضای جهاد دانشگاهی در طول سال‌های ۱۳۹۷ تا ۱۴۰۰ است.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">روش بررسی: </span></b><span lang="FA">این مطالعه یک بررسی مقطعی بود. داده های مرتبط با میزان بهره‌مندی از بیمه تکمیلی در یک مقطع زمانی استخراج و مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در این مطالعه نمونه‌گیری انجام نشد و کلیه داده‌های مستخرج از پایگاه داده‌ها مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. با استفاده از آمار توصیفی به توصیف وضعیت موجود و مقایسه شاخص‌ها در دوره‌های زمانی مختلف پرداخته شد.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">یافته‌ها: </span></b><span lang="FA">یافته‌های مطالعه نشان داد که در دوره زمانی ۹۷ تا ۹۸، بیشترین استفاده از خدمات بیمه تکمیلی به ویزیت و سپس به دارو اختصاص داشته است. سرانه تقاضا برای استفاده از خدمات بیمه تکمیلی در سال حدود ۱۲ درخواست و سرانه پوشش ریالی در کل جهاد دانشگاهی بالاتر از ۱۳ میلیون ریال در سال برآورد شده بود. که در دوره سوم بیمه تکمیلی (سال ۹۹ تا ۱۴۰۰) به ۳۸ میلیون ریال تغییر پیدا کرده بود. </span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></b><span lang="AR-SA">بیمه تکمیلی درمان یکی از ابزار های مناسب برای حفظ و ارتقا سلامتی کارکنان است. تحلیل روند مصرف خدمات سلامت تحت پوشش بیمه در تعیین چارچوب قرارداد های بیمه تکمیلی بسیار موثر است زیرا به طراحی بسته خدمتی متناسب با نیاز جمعیت هدف منجر می شود و اثر بخشی منابع صرف شده برای بیمه کارکنان را افزا</span><span lang="FA">ی</span><span lang="AR-SA">ش می دهد.&nbsp;</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> This study aims to analyze the status of utilizing supplemental health insurance services by members of the Academic Jahad Organization during the years 2018 to 2021.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This research was a cross-sectional study. Data related to the extent of utilization of supplemental insurance services were extracted and analyzed within a specific time frame. No sampling was conducted in this study; instead, all extracted data from the database were analyzed. Descriptive statistics were used to describe the current status and to compare the indices across different time periods.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The findings of the study indicated that during the period from December 2018 to December 2019, the highest usage of supplemental health insurance services was allocated to medical visits, followed by medications. The annual per capita demand for utilizing supplemental health insurance services was estimated at approximately 12 requests, while the per capita monetary coverage for the entire Academic Jahad Organization exceeded 13 million rials per year. In the third period of supplemental insurance (2020&ndash;2021), this changed to less than 12 requests and 38 million rials.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Supplementary health insurance is a useful way to improve health status and satisfaction of organizations&rsquo; workforce.
