Introduction: Today, the resource-based perspective of the company is a new approach in strategic management discussions that sees the organization's resources, capabilities, and core capabilities as the basis for formulating strategies. Organizations should increase their flexibility and responsiveness based on their structural nature. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of effective factors based on organizational acceptance on the block chain technology of supply chain management of Social Security Insurance Hospital.
Methods: This research was done in Social Security Insurance hospital in Gchsaran, Iran in 2025.
The research method is a field method that is a census. In this study, the statistical population consisted of 15 people using purposive sampling using the fuzzy (Analytic Hierarchy Process) AHP method.
Results: Regarding the final results, it can be said that the results of the relative importance of the main research criteria from pairwise comparisons in the fuzzy AHP method and from the experts' perspective show that the criteria in order of importance are: Product development flexibility, IT flexibility, logistics flexibility, logistics flexibility, and production flexibility. The weight value of these five criteria shows that, according to experts, the product development flexibility criterion has approximately 34.2 percent of the total relative importance. Also, based on the results of weight calculations, the prioritization of these strategies is as follows: information integration, process integration, customer and market promotion, network integration, and collaborative management.
Conclusion: Strengthening the network integration strategy includes top management commitment to agile practices, decentralized decision-making, emphasis on core competencies, trust-based goals and metrics, trust-based relationships, and finally improving the collaborative management strategy to attract buyers and suppliers of work. Joint, collaborative product development, and information sharing are suggested.
